Melbourne's newest co-living space partnered with Born Social to bring together their established brand narrative and messaging through curated content and digital marketing strategy.
In a time of industry havoc, Born Social was approached in the summer of 2020 to provide creative solutions for the opening of Together Co-Living. Located in Preston, Melbourne, the property provides residents an all-in-one living solution designed for the modern lifestyle with a big focus on community and perks of communal and working spaces, yet their own privacy.
Leaning into the brand's clean, simple and sharp personality, with a touch of spontaneity, the Born Social team set up a social narrative that spoke to the guests and leaned into the flexibility of the offerings by tying together the rooms, facilities, community events and on-property restaurant & bar. To keep up with Melbourne's ever-changing hospitality industry with numerous lock-downs and re-opens, the team adapted to resident booking beahiours and new audience trends. Social engagement increased year on year and the average return on ad spend in 2022-2023 equated to 18.24, surpassing industry benchmarks.
