Northside Broadway reached out to Born Social at the very end of Melbourne lockdown to assist with social media management. We were tasked to produce high-quality content that is in-line with their brand vision, as well as increase brand awareness not only in Reservoir but also in surrounding suburbs. Due to the competitive nature of Melbourne's cafe scene, it was imperative that we implemented a cross-channel brand awareness strategy that educates, engages and ultimately converts new followers into customers.
As soon as we took over Northside Broadway's social accounts, we quickly did a brand revamp to achieve consistency in their graphics and imagery. To complement our organic social media strategy, we ran specific awareness, engagement and location-based campaigns across Meta platforms. We also weaved Reels into the strategy and saw reel-y insane results from it.
In less than 12 months, Northside's Instagram account witnessed a 13.4K increase in followers, a 293% increase in engagement rate and an overall reach of 3.4M.
