After Tucker Tub rebranded and expanded their delivery areas to target metro Melbourne, Tucker Tub needed to build brand awareness and encourage sales in the new delivery area. By introducing Meta ads, supported by professional studio photography and graphic design, Born Social were able to reach hundreds of thousands of potential customers in Metro Melbourne, and increase awareness and sales dramatically.

Brief

The main objectives of Meta advertising was both brand awareness and sales. To stand out amidst the crowded market in metropolitan Melbourne, we devised a compelling strategy to seamlessly blend Tucker Tub's approachable, regional farm roots, with a modern, expert touch, creating a reliable, trustworthy brand. We developed the creative direction utilising this strategy, and captured stand-out photography and videography to grab the attention of current and potential customers online. Through vigorous A-B testing, we continuously honed in on the images and videos customers resonated most with, ensuring we capture the most effective images and videos on a frequent basis for the Meta ads.

Work

Successfully increasing Tucker Tub's brand awareness and website visits through Meta ads, their website product views averaged 3.2k and adds to cart averaged 1.2k each month, gaining more than 1 million ad impressions within 7 months. Born Social created an effective cold audience campaign for Tucker Tub, receiving an outstanding 525% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
